For those who look for the latest in technology, and are always looking to have the newest things right as they are released, rather than purchase that pricey TV 3-d set, which is going to be out of date in a couple years, instead find those TV shows which are already being televised in 3-d, and have been so for the past few years. Since the announcement of the 3-d TV, many TV stations, and show producers decided to try out televising their shows in a 3 -d format, to see how the audience would like the show, and to see whether it could be done on a standard LCD format.

So, since about late 2009, many shows on air have been producing their shows in 3-d format, without the consumer having to buy a pricey 3-d TV, or the expensive glasses that come along with them. The shows are aired on standard TV, and can be vied in a 3-d format on an LCD TV, or any flat screen model. Although the old tube TVs do not get the 3-d format, if you have a relatively newer set, or a flat screen set, you do not have to spend the money on this pricey 3-d TV, which is most likely not going to be “new” for too much longer. So, rather than spend the money on this extremely high priced TV set, many of your favorite shows are already available in the 3-d format, without the need for the TV, and the 3-d glasses.

So, instead of making this expensive purchase on a set which is not going to be the newest technology in about a year, instead find your favorite shows which are already airing in 3-d, without having to spend any additional money to get them in the format.
